This position can be full or part time. Starting pay is $20/HR (negotiable DOE).

JOB DUTIES:

• Running the day-today operations of the shop
• Hiring and training employees
• Update visual displays and shop appearance
• Address customer matters, feedback, and other situations
• Manage inventory and stock
• Plan and execute specials, promotions, and events
• Maintain knowledge of current trends
• Oversee the shops performance and communicate with owner

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous history as a retail manager or in other managerial position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong style sense and an eye for merchandising
• Enjoys working as a team!
