How do I order a style that I saw on Instagram, but isn't online?

Some styles are only available in store, but you can send us a direct message on Instagram to order and have any style shipped!

Do you have the same styles online as you do in store (vice verse)?

No, we a lot more styles in store than we do online. As our online presence grows, we will have more styles available online!

What do I do if I want to return an item?

Please email us a reason for your return bownarrowfriends@gmail.com . The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. All returns will be sent to 

What do I do if I want to exchange an item?

Please email us what style you would like to exchange. Our styles do sell out fast, so we can't guarantee your size will be available, but we will communicate that with you once you get in contact with us!

I have a physical gift card, can I use it online?

As of right now, our physical gift cards can't be used online, only in store. If you need assistance with using your gift card, feel free to call us so that we can run the gift card for you (707) 242-3027! 

I selected "pick up in store", but I am not able to make it within 24 hours, is that okay?

Yes, you have up to 1 week to pick-up your in store order once it has been placed. We will send you a reminder as well!
